Overview
Scam Snap is currently 100% free. There is nothing to buy, no billing, and therefore nothing to refund today. The sections below describe how refunds and cancellations will work if and when paid plans launch — they take effect only from the day paid plans become available, and prices shown are indicative and may change before launch.
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations will work across planned pricing tiers and purchasing methods.
Free Tier
Always Free
Scam Snap's core training features are available to all users at no cost.
No Payment Required
Free accounts require no payment method and do not auto-charge.
No Refund Applicable
Since the free tier incurs no charges, refund policies do not apply.
In-App Purchases (Consumer)
Managed Through Apple App Store
If app-store versions launch, in-app subscription purchases will be processed and managed by the store. The following subscription tiers are planned:

- •Pro: S$4.98/month
- •Ultimate: S$9.98/month
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
All subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
How to Cancel
Step-by-Step

- 2.Tap your Apple ID at the top
- 3.Select Subscriptions
- 4.Find Scam Snap in the list
- 5.Tap Cancel Subscription
24-Hour Notice Required
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Access Continues Until End of Period
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of your current billing period.
Refund Process
Apple App Store Purchases
Refunds for App Store subscription purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by Scam Snap. Apple controls the refund process and timeline.
How to Request a Refund

Apple's Refund Policy Applies
Apple's App Store refund policy governs all decisions. We cannot override Apple's decision or process refunds directly.
Direct Purchases
For enterprise or B2B purchases made directly with Scam Snap (outside the App Store), the following terms apply:
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, for any reason.
Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Plans
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days, you receive a pro-rated refund based on days used.
No Refund After 30 Days
Refunds are not available after 30 days except in exceptional circumstances (service failure, technical errors).
Virtual Items & Credits
Non-Refundable
In-game credits and virtual items purchased or earned are non-refundable. Once purchased or claimed, they cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
No Real-World Monetary Value
Virtual items exist only within Scam Snap and have no value outside the app or the service.
Account Termination
All credits and virtual items are immediately lost if your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Service Issues
If Scam Snap is unavailable or severely degraded for an extended period (more than 72 hours), paid subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit.
To request a service credit for outages, contact support@scam-snap.com with details of the issue.
Enterprise Contracts
For enterprise customers with custom agreements, refund terms are governed by the individual enterprise contract executed with Scam Snap.

Consumer Protection
Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights and remedies under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Lemon Law provisions may apply where relevant, and we comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in Singapore.
