Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Scam Snap is currently 100% free. There are no paid plans, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. Nothing is billed, so there is nothing to refund or cancel today.

If and when paid plans launch, this policy will be updated with full refund and cancellation terms before any payment is collected.

Free Access

No Payment Required

Scam Snap's training features are available to all users at no cost. No payment method is requested, stored, or charged.

No Refund Applicable

Since using Scam Snap incurs no charges, refund and cancellation rights do not currently arise.

If Paid Plans Launch

We may introduce optional paid plans in the future. Before any paid plan becomes available, we will publish an updated version of this policy covering, at minimum:

•Exact prices and what each plan includes
•How to cancel, and when cancellation takes effect
•How refunds are requested and processed (including where an app store, rather than Scam Snap, handles the purchase)

You will never be charged without clearly agreeing to a price first.

Enterprise Contracts

For enterprise customers with custom agreements, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the individual enterprise contract executed with Scam Snap.

Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights and remedies under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in Singapore.
