Welcome to Scam Snap
Scam Snap is a community of people training to protect themselves and others from scams, fraud, and social engineering. These Community Guidelines keep our community safe, fair, and supportive. By using Scam Snap's leaderboards and social features, you agree to follow these guidelines.

We are here to protect, not harm. Every member deserves to feel safe in our community.
Fair Play
Everyone earns their rank and recognition through honest effort. Fair competition benefits the entire community.
Respect
We treat every community member with dignity, regardless of background, skill level, or progress.
Learning
Mistakes are how we improve. We encourage questions, iteration, and continuous growth.
Leaderboard Rules
To maintain fair competition and preserve the integrity of our rankings:
Earn Through Legitimate Gameplay
All scores must be earned through normal gameplay only. No shortcuts, exploits, or artificial inflation.
No Exploitation of Bugs
Do not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to boost scores.
No Automated Tools or Bots
Automated tools, bots, scripts, or cheats are strictly prohibited.
No Multi-Accounting
Creating multiple accounts to inflate rankings or manipulate leaderboards violates these guidelines.
Suspicious Activity Consequences
Suspicious activity may result in score reset, leaderboard removal, or account suspension.
Weekly Reset Schedule
Weekly leaderboards reset every Monday at 00:00 SGT. Plan your training accordingly.
Display Name Requirements
Your display name represents you in our community. Choose a name that is respectful and appropriate:
No Offensive Language
Names containing offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language are not permitted.
No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or Scam Snap staff.
No Personal Information
Do not include phone numbers, addresses, real email addresses, or other personal information in your name.
No Advertising or Spam
Do not use your name to advertise or promote external products, services, or links.
Name Changes
Scam Snap reserves the right to reset inappropriate names without warning.
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in enforcement action:
Creating or Promoting Actual Scams
Using knowledge from Scam Snap to create, execute, or promote actual scams is strictly forbidden.
Harassment and Bullying
Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted attacks against other users are prohibited.
Doxxing
Publishing others' personal information without consent (doxxing) will not be tolerated.
Spam and Disruption
Spam, repetitive disruptive behavior, or flooding is not permitted.
Discrimination
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.
Threats of Violence or Self-Harm
Threatening violence, self-harm, or harm to others will result in immediate action.
Content Sharing
What You Can Share
You are welcome to share your achievements, progress, and scores on social media and with friends.
What You Cannot Share
Do not share paid content, scenario details, or answer keys publicly.
Do not screenshot and redistribute premium features or content.
Attribution
When sharing educational content, credit Scam Snap and link back to our site.
Reporting Violations
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it so we can maintain a safe community.

What to Include
- Description of the violation
- Username(s) of the user(s) involved
- Screenshots or specific examples (if available)
Response Timeline
All reports are reviewed within 5 business days. Reports are confidential and we do not reveal who reported the violation.
Enforcement & Appeals
Progressive Enforcement
Written warning via email
7-day suspension from leaderboards and social features
30-day suspension from all social features
Severe Violations
Severe violations may result in immediate permanent ban without warning. Severe violations include:
- •Creating or promoting actual scams
- •Doxxing or sharing personal information
- •Threats of violence or self-harm
- •Exploitation of minors
Appeals Process
If you believe an action against your account was made in error, you may appeal within 14 days:

Age Requirements & Child Safety
Minimum Age
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Scam Snap.
Under-18 Protections
Users under 18 are subject to additional safety protections and restricted access to certain features.
Parental Consent (Singapore Users)
Users under 16 in Singapore require parental or guardian consent to use Scam Snap.
Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of Scam Snap constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
